Lions Shelve Negotiations With Suh Until After the Season by THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

The team expressed optimism that a deal could eventually be reached with the All-Pro defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, but if the two sides cannot come to an agreement, the Lions may use the franchise tag on him.
